Weekly Wisdom | Trump's Two Enemies
Defeating China and the Western Left
The United States is currently engaged in a new cold war with China, which includes a battle for global technological supremacy. Defeating the evil CCP (Chinese Communist Party) economically will require the United States government, industry, and its citizens working together. We also need our allies, predominantly in Europe, to ally with us in this cause. Unfortunately, the left in both the United States and Europe, to their great shame, sees Donald Trump as a greater threat than Xi Jinping. President Trump should have a united front at home and in Europe; instead, he has to deal with leftist radicals at home and stubborn Europhiles abroad. For President Trump and future administrations to win this cold war with China, it will first require defeating the globalist left.
Some thoughts to consider:
Last week’s Weekly Wisdom detailed the increasing pattern of domestic violence and radicalization taking place on the left. And even worse, the extremism of the left is going mainstream and being adopted by the Democratic Party. Remember, not one prominent Democrat outside of Senator Fetterman has called for candidate Jay Jones to drop out of the race for attorney general of Virginia. This is a man who wished death on the children of a political opponent.
Tomorrow, October 18th, the Democrats will participate in No Kings rallies across the country, even as the government remains shut down due to their obstinacy. Specifically, Democrats want illegal aliens to receive healthcare while Republicans, correctly, remain opposed.
In Europe, the leading EU countries continue to push for policies that will prolong the war in Ukraine. In the UK, Prime Minister Starmer is introducing mandatory digital ID, paving the way for future totalitarian control. And as a bloc, the Europeans are hopelessly behind the United States and China economically, technologically, and militarily. Put another way, Europe is unreliable at best and hostile to President Trump at worst.
Xi Jinping has been abundantly clear that he seeks to create a multipolar world order, which means a rising China and a weakened United States. His goal is to have China ultimately replace the United States as THE global hegemon. And to do that, China must supplant the United States economically, technologically, and militarily. If trends continue, China may achieve all three goals within a decade. And this new reality would be a disaster for the world.
China, beyond the economic and military threats, also aids and supports two of the worst nations in the world: the Iranian theocracy and the totalitarian North Korean regime. The former is the largest state sponsor of terrorism in the world, while the latter is a belligerent nuclear power. Without China’s backing, the Iranian and North Korean governments would be significantly weakened, thus making the world a safer place.
President Trump is currently taking action to defeat the left at home by deporting illegal aliens, sending the national guard to crime-ridden cities, holding deep state officials accountable (i.e., James Comey), and growing the economy. These actions could help Republicans retain our majority in Congress AND grow the MAGA movement. Internationally, this blogger feels that President Trump will resolve the war in Ukraine, which will bring him even greater international credibility. And with these wins, President Trump will have greater leverage at home and abroad to continue to confront the CCP menace, our biggest threat.
