President Trump's Outstanding Cabinet

President Trump’s second-term Cabinet is one of the most talented and competent in history, with superstars like Secretary of State Rubio and Treasury Secretary Bessent. Secretary of Defense Hegseth and Vice President Vance have also played a significant role in executing President Trump’s historic agenda. Alongside these names, other cabinet members, though less prominent, have effectively advanced MAGA policies, despite less media coverage. Let’s change that.

Let’s name and explore these additional all-stars’ accomplishments:

  1. HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. chairs the MAHA Commission, a federal advisory body established by President Trump in 2025 to investigate childhood diseases, the causes of chronic illnesses, food regulatory reform, environmental toxins, and to renew the focus on scientific investigation. He has also reorganized HHS by cutting jobs and shifting funding to focus on President Trump’s health priorities.

  2. President Trump’s all-hands-on-deck approach to energy policy has elevated Energy Secretary Christopher Wright as one of this administration’s most important cabinet secretaries. In addition to getting the Department of Energy to roll back onerous fossil-fuel regulations, Secretary Wright has championed commercial nuclear energy through lab visits, regulatory reductions, and initiatives to promote additional research. Secretary Wright's comprehensive approach to energy is best summarized in his roadmap, “The 9 Pillars of American Energy Dominance.”

  3. Interior Secretary Douglas Burgum is spearheading the Critical Minerals Dominance initiative, which aims to identify and expedite the extraction of rare earth and other minerals on federal land. Furthermore, this initiative aims to create a 55-nation trading bloc for these minerals to counter China's quasi-monopoly. Also, Secretary Burgum, like many other cabinet secretaries, is reducing red tape to expedite permits for both onshore and offshore oil drilling.

  4. Commerce Secretary Lutnick has forcefully pushed President Trump’s economic agenda, whether by launching the American Industrial Renaissance initiative or negotiating bilateral trade deals with the UK and India. Secretary Lutnick also helped craft the administration’s tariff policies, which have led to increased onshoring by major companies and a lower federal deficit.

If President Trump ultimately has a successful second term, it will be partly due to the stellar work of these cabinet secretaries. Scott Faulkner of the Reagan Administration once said, “Personnel IS policy.” And when you combine capable people with conservative policies, you get what we are witnessing: Well-thought-out laws and regulations being implemented by elite officials at lightning speed. The results speak for themselves.
